Installing and updating sidelet
Use the download link on sidelet.app for the latest published version. Open the disk image and move sidelet to Applications; if you open it from somewhere else, sidelet offers to move itself there. Follow the normal macOS security prompts. If macOS reports that the app cannot be verified, stop and contact support instead of bypassing Gatekeeper. sidelet checks for updates on its own and verifies each one before it installs.
